To promote the social welfare of veterans by rescuing homeless veterans, those returning from prison, and their families, provide them with housing, and jobs by veterans, re-training veterans by veterans getting paid to provide training, veterans developing their own jobs and getting paid as entrepreneurs becoming self-sustaining.
